Zen Shiatsu:

Shiatsu refers to a Japanese pressure therapy used to relieve a variety of problems; including back pain, neck and shoulder problems, stress, insomnia, digestive problems, and fatigue. Zen Shiatsu is a form of bodywork administered by thumbs, fingers, palms and elbows, feet and knees. It depends for its success on a meditative activity of the practitioner. Pressure is applied to all parts of the body along specific pathways (meridians). These are essentially the same meridians that are used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for acupuncture, though modified and extended by Masunaga. It is understood that this technique stimulates the natural healing powers of the body, wherefore symptoms of disease lessen and vitality is regained.

The professional Zen Shiatsu Therapist is trained to feel the body's condition, by his/her hands in order to find the imbalanced areas in the body.

Thai Yoga Massage: Thai Massage consists of  easy to moderate stretches, that are done by the therapist while the client relaxes; in loose fitted clothing on a futon. These stretches emulate those in Yoga. Includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body; this may include pulling fingers, toes, ears, cracking the knuckles, walking on the recipient's back, and manipulating the recipients body into many different positions. There is a standard procedure and rhythm to the massage, which the practitioner will adjust to fit each individual client.

Reflexology: The client relaxes on a massage table, while the therapist first cleanses the feet, and then utilizing essential oils applies pressure to the feet, using massage, pressure and stretches to promote healthy Qi movement throughout the body.

A quick note! I utilize 5 Element Theory for my Shiatsu Clients.

I listen to what the body, guides and possible dead tell me during All my services; IF there is a message that needs to be shared, I will share it! Please do not book these services for a reading.

As you know I am rather blunt with information I am given!
